The Vibe
​Delbury Villa is a Beautiful Victorian house in the fabulous location of Chapel Road. Often quoted in the papers as a "des res," this home is currently the backdrop for a major new movie (or not). The owner, Rodney (aka 🐰), is a bit of an idiot but tends to be in Hollywood, at the airport, or simply "dwelling in Love saying om" on a couch elsewhere, so you’ll have plenty of space.
​🐈 The Real Landlord
​Arthur, the next-door cat, rules the garden. He welcomes well-behaved humans to the house.
House Rules (Arthur’s Edit):
​No shitting in your own backyard.
​Absolutely no identity fraud (don't even think about it).
​Big "Cat-Loving Roars" are appreciated occasionally.
​Smoking is permitted in front and back gardens.
​🌡️ The Environmental (Eor) Protocol
​We are environmentally conscious. The thermostat is set to 11°C to prevent pipes from freezing. As Eor says, "I don't like it stuffy."
​Advice: Put some layers on and do some static exercises in your room to warm up.
​Biological Truth: This setup may suit males more as we have more heat-generating muscle than girls. If you find biological truth misogynistic, you’re probably a bit too "whatever" for this sovereign sanctuary.
​🚐 The Van
​If you see a van that isn't yellow with three wheels, that's ours. It stays where it is (Social Services permitting).
​📝 The Deal
​Looking for tenants who appreciate a house with a history, a cat with an attitude, and an owner who is too busy writing scripts to take the piss out of you (unless you take the piss out of him first).
​Important Note: We are really not desperate for tenants. This is a "Take it or leave it" opportunity. If the cold or the cat or the Hollywood schedule doesn't suit you, please move along—there are plenty of "normal" places elsewhere.
