A characterful Victorian House which is centrally located in the town, being 10 minutes walk from Nevill Hall Hospital, the town centre and the river.
The attic room is light and spacious, with a comfortable double bed, writing desk, comfortable chairs, chest of drawers, bookshelves and a cupboard for clothes or storage. a velux window has a beautiful view of the Blorenge mountain.
The bathroom is next to the bedroom, and shared with one other person. There is also a shared kitchen separate to the owners' kitchen downstairs. With fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hotplate, sink , table, chairs and cupboards. Shared washing machine and drying facility.
I am an easy going , creative person who works mainly from home at the moment. Looking for an independent professional person who is looking for a quiet but comfortable place to stay for a while. I am friendly but also like my own space.
