One double bed room available in three bed house.

All bills included (sky wifi, gas, electric, water, council tax).

The house has a kitchen, dining room and living room - so lots of communal space. There is a good sized garden with a patio and vegetable patch. Utility with washer and separate dryer. Large fridge and freezer- I apologise for my terrible photos.

Room is fully furnished. No additional room in the house for furniture.

Cooking equipment is available in the house, however there is plenty of storage if you have your own to bring your own.

Free on-street parking.

- I am likely to get a cat in the next few months, so liking cats is a must.

I sometimes spend time away due to work, therefore will not be home every evening.
