Hi there, I'm the owner of the house, I’m 31 and an insurance broker. There’s another lodger in the house, a 29 yo teacher.

I've a room in my property, its a large detached house in a very safe nice area of cwmbran with 2 big gardens, off street parking, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

Looking for young profesisionals without baggage. 1.5miles from the grange hospital, 5min drive/10min cycle and I've bikes you can use to commute if you'd like.

Back garden is currently undergoing renovations, as is my drive so offstreet parking is available based on whos home from worl earliest, enough parking for 20 cars out the front.

Bus stop outside, pub 200 yds away, Coop 5 minute walk.

Room is 7'x9' unfurnished, bar a standard size single bed.

Will need proof of employment.
