Recently renovated Kitchen-all amenities provided, including fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster.

The rent includes all bills. So, you do not have to pay anything apart from the rent.

There is free parking about 30m from the property.

The property nicely situated just 10 min drive from M4, and about 10-12 min walk from Cwmbran shopping centre.

We also do not mind occasional guests coming over.

I live in the property. I am a working professional in IT sector based in Cwmbran. We are looking for a Professional, Respectful, lodger who works regular daytime hours.

We preferably looking for a Mon-Fri lodger. Full time lodgers are also welcome although at a slight surcharge.

Please also note I will need identification and I will need reference from employer. I will also offer a complete lodgers agreement and receipts for the rents received.
