Double Room

I am born as an Indian.

I am 60 years old.

I have retired. I travel a lot. My children have left the nest and I am living on my own.

The house I am living is a 3 storey town house. This is a new built(2015) in the centre of Cwmbran town centre and is very near the Garage University Hospital. .

It has 3 allocated parking lots of which I use one. There are also street parking around.

The 2 rooms are separated with a bath and toilet for the exclusive use of the lodgers/tenants on the second floor. There is a further shower/ toilet on the ground floor. In my room there is also a shower/ toilet.

My bedroom is on the third floor. The kitchen is modern with washing machine fridge/freezer fibre broadband etc. There a decent living room too. There are 3 bath/ shower in in the house. There are toilets on each floor.

The rooms are all modern and are warm as it is a new build.

All the bills are included.

I would like to preferably have someone who will be working at the new Garage University Hospital or similar. I have lived on my own for some time but as I don't use the property much and I thought I would give it a go to rent them to some very good people who are willing to look after the property as if it their own.

Although I love pets after my children have left the nest and as I am living on my own and travelling I cannot have pets in the house anymore. Sorry.
