Hi,
We have a large detached house in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac close and easy access to M4 and bus stops 200yds away to nearby Cwmbran and Newport. (2miles)
We have a drive-way which could take up to 3 cars plus space outside the front of the house in the cul-de-sac for two more. Garage space, if required can also be arranged.
We have a reasonable sized rear landscaped garden with patio, decking and lawns. Also a large elevated decking on the rear of the house.
We have up to three houisemates sharing the house and looking for clean, careful respectful females who are nice and sociable to get on with fellow house mates.
We have a large lounge available for respectful use, equipped with TV/DVD surround sound system and a large kitchen breakfast room with a separate utility room with two washing machines/tumble dryers.
There is a medium sized separate fridge and freezer in kitchen and an overflow fridge freezer in the utility room.
The house has wired and wireless broadband facilities.
All rooms are installed with Freeview TV and TV's are provided.
The house is in walking distance to local pubs/restaurants.
You would be sharing with two other professional housemates.
Of course there are house rules but nothing too onerous and terms are flexible. All bills are included.
