Furnished room available in a modern, clean and peaceful household.
Live in landlord, an other female tenant and a dog called Frosty (a very well trained Jack Russell terrier ) in a three bedroom house.
Shared : bathroom, Downstairs Wet room, kitchen, living- and dining room.
I can't pressure enough that this is a very clean and very tidy house with house rules to comfort all residents. To maintain this we have a weekly cleaning schedule in place, everyone is expected to participate.
I would also highlight that there is no wardrobe in the room, it comes with a chest of drawers only, just like on the photos.
In a nice and quiet area with friendly neighbours, also very close to the M4(~6mins in car).
No couples or pets please!

Smoking is only permitted outside of the house that includes E-cigarettes.
