A modern, beautiful, cosy, peaceful house, where one female owner resides (DBS checked). I am a teacher, so I am in school most of the time or out in the countryside.

· Room available for one person. Perferably a professional or NHS worker

· A spacious room containing: double divan bed, desk, office chair, inbuilt wardrobe, chest of drawers, end of bed chest and TV with a fire stick attached.

· You have access to: Kitchen (including your own personal fridge/freezer), bathroom (shower & bath), the comfortable lounge, front and back garden.

· Included in the price: All bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, TV licence, Wi-Fi) soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, access to Amazon Prime TV, Les Mills (Fitness app) and Netflix.

Use of weights equipment, if owner is not using it and it is treated with respect.
