Looking for female veggie lodger in Cwmbran

My husband and I are looking for our next lodger to join us in our large 4-bedroom house in Henllys. Close to good public transport links and an easy commute into Cardiff or Bristol.

The room has lots of natural light (with black out blinds), an ottoman double bed, built-in wardrobes, and enough space for a desk and chair if needed.

We use the en-suite so the main bathroom is for your sole use 99% of the time (we may occasionally have guests who need to use it but would give you prior notice).

We have several reception rooms for shared use- a converted garage with sofa and TV, dining room, and conservatory.

Well-equipped kitchen with your own fridge, freezer, and large cupboard for food. Shared use of pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Shared use of dishwasher, cooker, air-fryer, etc. We are vegan so we are looking for someone vegetarian or vegan to keep our kitchen meat-free.

Utility room with washer/dryer. Large garden. Space to park on the driveway.

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so you must be very animal friendly!

The house is for sale so we need someone who is happy for potential buyers to view occasionally (with at least 24 hours notice). We will be able to give at least 3 months' notice once the house is sold.
