I have a spacious double room to offer which can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your situation.
It has been freshly decorated including new carpet.
The bedroom has plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk if needed, with plenty of socket points around the room.
All bills included.

The house is a generously sized 3 bed semi with 3 parking spaces on the driveway and a large garden with decking area.
Living areas
Kitchen - has plenty of worktop & cupboard space along with a dining table, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine.
Lounge - large TV with sofa, arm chair, sliding doors onto outside decking area
Bathroom - newly renovated stylish bathroom with overhead rain shower (but no bath).

Location
New Inn is small town in the county of Torfaen with shops, takeaways, hairdressers etc. It is approx. 3 miles from Cwmbran which has a number of supermarkets & retail stores.
Less than 2 miles from the new Llanfrechfa Grange Hospital.
There is a train station with good links into Newport & Abergavenny.
Can drive Cardiff & Bristol within 50 minutes.
There is also a canal, mountains and reservoir all within walking distance.

I have a unique situation in the fact my partner and I have a property in West Wales where she lives and I live 50% of the time. My work is located in Bristol meaning I would be staying at the house approx. 3-4 nights during the week.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for their own space and independence.
For this reason, it is important to me that I can trust my new housemate to respect and take care of the property treating it as their own.

I am a 29-year-old male who considers myself as very outgoing. I like most sports, keeping up genral fitness and very much enjoy watching & playing rugby. I love socialising , having a laugh and going out with friends & family. Always enjoy seeing new places and doing new things washed down with good food & good drink.

I am looking for a professional person who is clean & tidy, respectful & trustworthy who I can get along with.
