I am looking to take in an employed female or male lodger.

I have a very versatile 4 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom dorma bungalow.

The room I will be letting is downstairs and close to all amenities such as kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has just been redecorated and has a Flat screen 32 inch TV with skyQ and on demand. There is also a dressing table, mirror and stool, chest of drawers, mirrored wardrobe and leather settee with matching stool. You will have access to patio and seating area at front of property and a newly constructed deck area with seating at the back.

You would have access to my downstairs bathroom. This bathroom has a quadrant shower cubicle and a Jacuzzi bath, which will not be used by anyone else.

Finally, the kitchen would be shared and there's a range cooker, an American fridge freezer that has ample freezer and fridge space for your use, intergrated dishwasher, intergrated washing machine and intergrated dryer, which would all be available for your use.

All bills are included (Rent, council tax, TV licence, water, gas, electric and broadband).

You will be responsible for buying your own toiletries, food etc. and cleaning the room.

My property is very conveniently situated as it is only a 10min walk to Pontypool Railway Station and less than 5min walk to a regular bus route. I'm also only a 10min walk from Pontypool Active Living centre. Plus it is approximately 20mins to M4 corridor.
