Clean, furnished, spacious double room available for rent at £130 p/w including your own large bathroom with roll top tub in our beautiful period property! Our house is on a lovely, quiet road in a lovely area.


All bills are included in the price. There is high speed broadband, tv with freeview and Netflix and your own cupboard, fridge and freezer space. Parking is available and we also have a garage for some storage should you require it.
We are friendly, live in professional landlords (2 of us). We are both laid back and easy going, however, we like to maintain a clean and tidy house and would expect the same from our potential lodger. We have two cats but we do not want any other pets in the property. The cats are both very clean and friendly and both go outside regularly. Neither of us smoke and we do not wish to have a lodger who smokes.

Great location - lovely vantage point with great views close by. Close to local amenities including the city centre (10 minutes walking distance), the Royal Gwent Hospital (again, about a 10-15 minute walking distance from the house), a great gastro pub renowned for great food and drink, M4 (junction 27) great for commuters to both Cardiff and Bristol. Train station is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Bus route close by with buses every 15-20 minutes.
