House hallway and a few other areas are being decorated.
Animals considered however I have dogs so must get along. Additional deposit for animal may be required.
Broadband included but not suitable speed for gaming. It will play Netflix etc. There is no terrestrial TV at the property but Netflix and Prime video available in the bedroom and lounge.
DSS accepted.
