Lovely, newly refurbished full house in great area

This is my own home but I’m studying elsewhere for the next year so am able to offer up a bedroom and the full run of the rest of the house to a suitable lodger, though I will still need access to the property - I’d only do so with notice given. The whole place has been redecorated and is in great condition. It is a 20 minute walk to town, it’s in a great part of Newport with very little crime, great neighbours and has Woodland park opposite, a copse of trees behind and is very quiet because of it.

There is a small front garden and a reasonable sized garden out back; security is great as there is no easy access to the property from the rear and it’s in a Neighbourhood Watch area. Parking is on road but is usually no problem parking outside the house.

As I’m not going to be there the vast majority of the time, bills will be the lodgers sole responsibility. The property is suitable for either one person or a couple. The Kitchen has all appliances, crockery, cutlery, etc, as well as a fully stocked spice cupboard, there’s a wood burning stove in the Dining Room, plenty of storage space, access to the boarded loft (by agreement), electric recliners in the lounge and all round it’s a lovely property. The roof has recently been replaced as has the boiler. The majority of floors are wooden/laminate with the bedroom and stairs being carpeted. The rooms are fairly spacious, with beautiful furniture. There is an electric shower in the bathroom.
