The homeowner will stay at the property a few times each month whilst visiting, briefly each week.

The bedroom includes a new bed, mattress and clothes rail but you are welcome to bring additional items. There is also brand new carpet. The kitchen includes white goods, while the reception area has a sofa, rug, TV, and coffee table.
