Recently refurbished single room available in relaxed friendly house. Room has bed, wardrobe, desk, storage, blind and curtains.

Street parking without restriction although not guaranteed adjacent to the house at all times.

The house has great views to front and rear, and very sunny rooms. Plenty of room for bicycles at the back. The kitchen is large enough for adults to share and there's a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is a living room at the front for general use. The shared bathroom has a seperate shower and bath. The house has 2 flights of stairs.

We have Virgin broadband wireless and there is a cat. Smoking is restricted to outside.

Bills included with the rent are: electricity, gas, water (all metered), broadband, council tax (E)- No extras on top unless there is excessive use of electricity ect.

NB - Due to COVID, if you work from home you may be asked to contribute more towards the bills.
