Hi, I'm looking to rent a lovely spacious double furnished room with plenty of storage and own bathroom, in a quiet, new build property.
All mod cons and Wifi.
Ample parking available on a quiet new build estate of Cardiff Road.

Suit a professional person working away from home during the week. I'm an early to bed and early to rise so probably good if you are similar such that we don't disturb each other.
Sorry no couples.

Ideally located in walking distance of the Royal Gwent Hospital, City Centre, National Stats Office and on the main Cardiff to Newport bus route. The train station is 20 minute walk through the beautiful Belle Vue Park.

Tesco, Lidl, McDonalds and KFC all within 3-5 min walk as well as DW Fitness First if you fancy a gym workout!
