We are in our early 30's both professionals which I work around the South West area and my fiancé works from home. We do lots of UK and international travel. We are also very keen cyclists and are into our fitness but we have a good life balance as we do enjoy nice food and a glass of wine or two!

We are very house proud and would expect our lodger to return all communal areas to the same state they find them in, including cleaning and keeping their room/bathroom in top condition.
The house is very much new and modern and is constantly a work in progress making the property feel more homely. We have a Cavapoo called Darcey and she is a hypoallergenic dog so, she doesn't malt and is the friendliest and cuddliest dog :-)
