for £950 per month for the whole cottage. And anyone wanting to rent the whole cottage will be given priority. Budy ups excepted and couples renting only the double will pay an additional £150 contribution. (This charge will be charged if a secondperson stays 1 night every week for at least 2 consecutive weeks or 7 consecutive days without returning within 30 days)
(The price for the single will be reduced if there are 2 people sharing the double bedroom. Accordingto the above rules)
(Renting the whole cottage will not incur this extra charge including budy ups)

Includes electric, gas, water, council tax and Internet. (Subject to excessive use).

I have 2 dogs in my flat

The house is over 3 levels. The lower ground underneath the cottage is my flat and is self contained but does share the same water and electrical supply including the hot water.

1st floor. 1 small double, 1 small single and a landing with storage.

Ground floor. Kitchen-diner, lounge and shower room. Small front garden and porch and 1 driveway.
Currently running as an airbnb. With bookings up until 6th January.

The washing machines are on the lower ground in the shared utility room. Accessible by another flight of stairs through the lounge.
Lower ground. is the flat.
It has its own open plan lounge kitchen, bedroom with ensuite. And sharing the utility room.

Access to the back garden is through the utility room and down the side of the house.

If you have pets Thers plenty of space. The flat has its own garden and it's access is through the other garden. there's also the small front garden for convent pet toilet breaks.

The only times I will need to access the cottage will be to maintain the boiler pressure (located in the single bedroom) and the electrical box and gas meter (located in the kitchen)

Set on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, this old 2 bed stone cottage with open fireplace & central heating, is close to the heads of the valley road. And a short walk from the wilderness of the Brecon beacons with roaming horses, cows and sheep. Great for long walks and rides through the lovely countryside.

There is no bus service here so you will need a form of transport.

There is off road parking.
Electric car charging available, there will be a charge for this.

Its a nice place to relax.
Though during the week days the active quarry brings trucks through the village during working hours.

I'm slowly upgrading parts of property.

There's Loads of space in the garden if you're into gardening you can make your own patch what you like. And even fence it off for your own privacy if you wish.

The local pub is currently closed. But it may reopen in the new year

I'm quite busy and work Saturday - Wednesday so I'll probably not be around much. I also have a caravan at work so I'll be in there most working nights
