Hi!
I’m planning to move in with my partner and am looking to find someone to move into my current house share. The contract runs until the end of September 2017, which can be continued.
The room available is a good sized double looking out onto the garden at the back of the house. It’s really quiet and cosy and comes with a comfy double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The house is a lovely 3-bedroom in Bangor, and is in a great location for everything, including the University, gym, A55 and Ysbyty Gwynedd. It’s fully furnished and has a cosy living room, a spacious dining room and kitchen – which is lovely and bright! There’s also plenty of storage around the house, and off-road and on-road parking available.
Bills aren’t technically included however I pay £476 per month for rent and bills, including internet (rent is £397.50).
You’ll be sharing the house with one other person who works full time, and she'd prefer the new flatmate to be a student or young professional.
