Looking for a lodger to live in the large master bedroom. The room has a great view over the Menai strait and the castle. Furnished with a double bed and clothes organiser. Perfect for a couple or individual looking for a long term let.

The house has a spacious living room and kitchen with lots of storage. There is a good-sized garden with a patio and large lockable shed perfect for bike/kit storage and as a small workshop. There is a small paved front garden, which looks out on to private off-street parking.

I am based in my van and expect to be in New Zealand until April, so with exception of the small bedroom, the house will be predominantly yours. When I’m about I’m relaxed but try to keep the place tidy. Enjoy climbing/outdoor adventures/a beer and a boardgame.
