Looking for a friendly, chatty lodger to share my home! :)

Double bedroom in a new build ground floor 2 bed apartment. Apartment block consists of only four apartments on outskirts of Deganwy/Llandudno Junction. Quiet cul de sac in a safe, new development in a very nice area close to A470, A55, railway, Tesco, Asda, take aways, cinema, gym, beach, hospitals & other local amenities.

My home has a modern kitchen/diner with extendable table and mod cons, bathroom with bath and good powerful shower, lounge with two reclining sofas and French doors leading out onto private rear garden. Private off street parking and generous sized (sunny in summer months) rear garden with patio and decking areas with seating & loungers. It also has gas central heating, lots of outdoor washing lines, airers, tumble drier, broadband internet, Sky, Now TV with Sky Movies pass, Netflix, Amazon Video, Echo & a TV aerial in room.

Room for rent is newly decorated, has a comfy double bed and is light and airy with two windows, one over looking garden. It is furnished with towels, bed linen & bedding included. Room includes a bedside lamp, small smart tv dvd combi & TV aerial. Room is for one person only, not a couple.

I am 38...not sure how as it only feels like yesterday that I was in my early 20's. I have been a primary school teacher for the last 15 years but have just started working full time with blind & visually impaired people. When home from work I enjoy relaxing in the evenings with telly, box sets & movies. I like to take my affectionate 5 year old King Charles Cavalier Buddy to the beach or prom, go to cinema, tea out (probably eat out too much), spend time with family & friends & sometimes 'try' to ski in the Chill Factore. I occasionally have an evening or meal out with friends but most weekends try to get a lie in & am happy to stay in of an evening in my hoodie or PJs & relax with Buddy, a movie or Saturday night TV and a take out as my clubbing days are now behind me.

I am quite an easy going laid back kinda person, I'd like to think I'm considerate and down to earth. I avoid any kind of confrontation and try to treat others how I'd wish to be treated. I'm generally very patient and would hope I'd be described as having a good sense of humour. I am mindful of others feelings and would respect your space and would be as quiet as possible in the mornings and late evenings if you were in bed, as I would expect you to be if I was. I love to travel-when funds allow and do not smoke.

Ideally I would prefer a lodger who is another professional working similar hours (not up crazy early in the mornings) who is not going to be coming in trashed at 2am every Friday & Saturday night. The house is a little girly so would probably suit a girl more. I would like someone who is also easy going, cheery, polite, kind & considerate & will help to keep the shared communal areas of apartment clean & tidy. Someone who would respect & care for my home like it was their own. I would like to find a person who is chilled, down to earth, a little bubbly & sociable - who is happy to have a chat at the end of the day or watch a movie. I want them to feel at home and hopefully become friends rather than just co-exist. My new housemate definitely needs a good sense of humour. :) !! Xx

Non smoker, no pets (sorry, Buddy wouldn't like it), no DSS, no couples (1 room for 1 person), deposit required, references sought even if ya lovely, standing order to be set up for rent and contract signed (usual stuff). £400 per month with most bills included. £50 towards council TAX so £450 in total per month. First months rent to be paid upon arrival.

Oh and please don't be put off by the dog. He is a very, very affectionate little softy. He does not chew the sofa or destroy the house and would be kept out of your room. The house is hoovered regularly and does not smell of dog (I would hate that). Most the time he smells more like shampoo... poor thing. He is gorgeous but I am obviously quite biased haha.
