We live in the beautiful village of Llanfairfechan, which is in the foothills of Snowdonia. Our house is a spacious 4 bedroomed detached property with ample parking, lovely gardens and a stream at the rear of the house. Our house is a private off road plot, but very close to the village centre. We are on a good bus route, and 15 minutes walk to the train station. We have all the mod cons and can offer a large double bedroom for one person, with your own private bathroom. All bills are included in the rent.
We are happy to provide bedding and towels.
We are relaxed and friendly, and expect this in return, tidiness is a must though.
Smokers can smoke in our garden if required, that is no problem. Our main focus is a friendly and happy home.
