Double Room in Menai Bridge

Double room available in a two bedroom fully furnished flat in Menai Bridge from the beginning of September 2021.

The flat is in the centre of Menai Bridge. It’s a nice space, well lit, due to the numerous windows and does not suffer from damp. The flat has the usual amenities, shower, kitchen, washing machine etc. There is also outdoor storage for bikes and free parking at the front of the block of flats. My current flat mate and I have also added more book shelves, shoe racks and plate racks than is indicated in the photos - these are from before we moved in. The landlord is personable and extremely able when it comes to fixing things so keeps the house in good knick. The house is a bit noisy from the road but on the plus side you can often here bird song from the wood.

I am looking for a pleasant/chilled out flat mate who is respectful of the space and fairly clean and tidy to share the space with. It would be ideal if there were some shared interests. The room becomes available at the beginning of July.

Personally, I am a PhD student at Bangor studying ecology. I am keen on outdoor fitness, particularly running and also yoga. I am vegetarian and an environmentalist, but not bothered about meat being eaten in the house.

I will be leaving the property at the beginning of, or the end of, September 2021, at which point you are welcome to move out, or alternatively take the flat on either for yourself fully or find another housemate.
