Beautiful Converted Chapel with Open Plan Living

We are looking for a housemate to join us in this beautifully converted chapel in Penrhynside. We are three professionals who have been brought together by this house we now call our home, in a friendly village with two warm, welcoming pubs.

The house is of fantastic size, with an excellent kitchen and open living area. The bedroom available is a double.
The rent includes all bills, including broadband and Sky Entertainment.

Major supermarket, retail park and convenience stores close by, and being only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Llandudno, we are close to coffee shops, bars and a number of excellent restaurants. Not only this, but we are surrounded by some amazing beaches and wonderful walks. Breathtaking views can also be enjoyed from the comfort of our own incredible balcony, from which you can witness the most fantastic sunrises and which we make the most of relaxing on in the warmer months.
