Looking for a flat mate to share a two double bedroom coach house. Comprises of a carport with a space if you have a car. Open plan modern kitchen with dishwasher, conjoined with the lounge which has french doors that open. Modern bathroom with shower and bath. The double bedroom available has two skylights and neutral carpets. The flat is furnished with my own furniture, however, the bedroom is unfurnished.
Looking for a professional aged 25-30 who gets along with dogs as I have a 6-month-old puppy. I work from home so will be with my dog during the day and he will spend time with his other owner. He is a gentle and well behaved dog, he loves cuddles and is overall very soppy!
I am a clean and tidy person and take pride in my home, so I am looking for someone with a similar attitude. I am an outgoing, adventurous person, I have a paddle board and a campervan which I like to use on weekends sometimes. I like to go to the gym 4/5 times a week so I get up early during the week and sometimes have a lay-in on the weekend.
Bills are not included in the price and would need to be discussed as to how this is shared monthly. Council tax is band B.
