We are a young professional couple looking to rent out our lovely double spare room in our brand new apartment, completely furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a television with free- view, Netflix and internet. Broadband also included in rent. We have a modern and sleek family bathroom which will be completely for you - we will not be using this. Free parking space, and large garden area. Large kitchen and living space. We have a gorgeous Labrador, who is very much a part of our family so you will have to get along with dogs to live here. He is very friendly. We are situated very close to town centre - a 2 minute walk into city centre of Aldershot. 4 minute walk to Aldershot train station, with trains regularly travelling to London, taking only 47 minutes.
