We are a friendly professional couple seeking a housemate/housemates for our fully furnished double en-suite loft room. There is a double bed, large sofa, TV stand, cupboard and draws. The room has its own private bathroom en-suite.

It is large enough for a single person or couple.

Rent will be a bit more for a couple or for short stays. Please get in touch to discuss.

All bills are included and it is a 30 second walk from the train station. Trains go directly to London Waterloo every 30 minutes and take less than an hour. It is opposite well connected bus stops and near the bus station.
There is good internet access with super-fast fibre optic broadband.

Shared lounge and kitchen.

We are also in Aldershot town centre, so all shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs etc are within walking distance.

Secured gated parking, if required, is available upon request and can be arranged for £30 extra per month (negotiable)

Room is on the 3rd floor and is very quiet. Apartment has its own entrance.
