I need someone to take over the tenancy for my lovely flat because I'm moving to London for work. It's on the ground floor of a beautiful listed building, right in the middle of town with quiet neighbours who keep to themselves. The flat has a generously sized living area with separate kitchen and bathroom. It comes unfurnished but all the kitchen appliances and washing machine are included. There is parking outside (limited to 30 minutes) or at the back of the building (you will need to buy a ticket) which could be used when moving in, but there is no permanent parking allocated so would be better suited to someone who doesn't drive or has somewhere else to keep their car.
No pets or smoking inside the flat. You will need to pass a referencing check or provide a guarantor.
Bills are paid separately and the property is in council tax band A.
I will be moved out by the beginning of September so may be able to negotiate an earlier move-in date.
