This means the new person(s) will generally have the run of the house. When he permanently moves out another tenant will be sought, this will be with the involvement of those already living in the house.

The available bedroom is about 9 m2 and has a double bed, wardrobe and drawer units. There are two bathrooms (one with bath and one a wetroom with shower), a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living/dining room. There is a washing machine and tumble drier. There is one off road parking space, with other parking nearby.

This would also suit a couple sharing the bedroom. The extra rent for the second person would be 50%.

Council tax and utility bills are separate to the rent, and currently run at £170/month per person payable to the landlord monthly with the rent. The amount will be reviewed from time to time to reflect the actual costs.
