New heating system.. The kitchen is newly fitted and has a new fridge freezer and washing machine. There is no morning bathroom queuing (2 bathrooms between 3)
There is a large airing cupboard for drying washing.
Parking is in the cul de sac - off the main street.
There is a good safe cycle route into the town centre. The house is on an ex-local authority estate but lots of the estate is first-time buyers or young families. It is just off the Star 1 bus route which runs every ten minutes during weekday day peak times. It is five minutes walk to Tesco Metro and about ten minutes to Tesco Extra.
