This is a 'resident owner' let. My family and I all reside on the 1st floor. Our children are young, *mostly* quiet and generally asleep by 7 pm. There is no particular need to be quiet after this time (they sleep through general noise), but obviously excessive noise would be an issue.
Garden & Kitchen Diner are available for use. Sitting room prioritised for family time, but can be used. Storage for larger objects can generally be provided on request in the garage/outbuildings. Parking is on road outside property.
All tenants are professionals with busy lives and are expected to be considerate, polite and generally tidy / clean. Employed tenants only.
