Large furnished double room RG21

I have for rent a large furnished double room (single occupancy - £140 p/w or £600 pcm) ****NO WFH APPLICANTS- sorry ***Rent negotiable for Mon-Fri only. in the sought after area of Blackdam in Basingstoke. RG21 . It is a 15 min walk to the festival place town centre and train station through a large park. Bus route to town is 2 mins walk away ( no Sunday bus service) and off street parking right outside the front of house if required. I am a happy go lucky person and very chilled who lives with her daughter and 2 indoor cats, so if you don't like cats then not the house for you. Quiet household in the week because of work. Alongside your room you will have use of the large kitchen which has a range cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer, table with bar stools so you can eat your meals in comfort, as well as a tv to watch while you cook/eat, but just as happy for you to eat meals in your room if desired. Bathroom which has a shower as well as bath. There is a tv in the bedroom that you can add your Netflix, Prime account on etc, plenty of storage space including a lift up bed . If I cook a Sunday roast then I am happy to plate one up for you as I normally cook enough to feed an army lol The lounge will be space for myself, daughter and cats only. I do smoke, but not in the house, so therefore it is a smoke free house. I do like to socialise at weekends occasionally, so someone who doesn't mind a bit of social noise, ie music and chat from a BBQ. Would be a bonus if you are someone that ventures out at weekends and doesn't just stay in the room the whole weekend. I love cooking and music of all kinds and often go camping and to music festivals in the warmer weather. .*** Mon to Fri lodgers especially welcome but know this is a rare find lol ***If I sound like someone you could get along with then do get in touch and tell me a bit about yourself please.
