2 rooms available. One Double room for short let only, has bathroom allocated exclusive for room. Longer term are en suite rooms and have been let on short term in recent past. We are now open to longer term or short term occupiers.

Short let
Both rooms are a great idea for short weekly stays for BASINGSTOKE - rate covers bed linen and kitchen linen. Triple room has spare bed if you require two beds or sharing adults or infant/child. Min- one weeks and costs cover two room and linen cleans per month.

Cieran Davison House has a lovely conservatory as the living room and has all new kitchen contents, new solid oak furniture and new clean feel throughout. It was brand new just a few years ago. .

The house is a few minutes walk from the hospital and Rooksdown local shops which include Co-op open to 11pm each day and Costa Coffee.

The town is just 1.5 miles away and a walk of 40 minutes, 15 mins bike ride or 5 minutes drive. Adequate public transport is served from Rooksdown with a bus to town every 12 minutes via the bridge to Winklebury or Hospital.

Cycle paths and running routes criss cross the development as well as a lovely 2.5 mile circular around the development perimeter.

Very quiet spot safe from all the hassle bussle and an area popular with middle-class families seeking security for their families yet good access to Basingstoke Town Centre.

Short term possible from £30 per night for our double room, £40 for en-suite.

No DSS, pets, people who cannot clean regularly! Note, there is a responsibility for all leaving long term tenants to cover cost of cleaning oven when leaving. Note couples are not available on long term tenancies but welcome for stays upto 3 months. Short stays require full payment of the weeks and £25 cleaning charge.
