Room in Cottage ( close to Basingstoke Railway )

Front of the Cottage

This is a small room but very pleasant - Access to Lounge and well equipped kitchen - small patio and away from main road . The ideal person will be respectful, kind and tidy..
The bills are included however this is within reason - and within an average use .
Broadband ( fibre )is also included .
Car Park in the street ( visitors permit ).
I would ask potential interested individuals to have a profile on Spare Room or when they contact me via the site they tell me a little more about themselves ( work, hobbies etc...) .

I am also happy to consider 7 days a week for the right individual

There is no external storage in the cottage beside the room, so I would ask this to be considered ( a high volume of goods will not be appropriate )
