We have a large double room to rent for single occupancy which is a 5 minute walk to the town centre, and a 10 minute walk to the train station. The rent is £500 per month including bills, and unlimited Wifi.

The house is a Victorian semi, with garden and use of washing machine, tumble dryer, and loft space if required. Opposite the house is a takeaway serving Chinese and fish and chips. There is also a local convenience shop.

It is a lovely bright first floor room, recently decorated and comes furnished with a super king size bed, built in cupboard, chest of drawers, and a full size fridge. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board in the room. There is a downstairs toilet and sink and a bathroom on the first floor with shower, sink, bath and toilet.

II live in the property with my gentle giant of a dog, and cats. Anyone who comes to live with us will have to like animals! I am happy for you to bring a small housetrained pet with you provided it gets on ok with our pets. I am looking for someone who is friendly, trustworthy and sociable but not a party animal. We sometimes work unsocial hours, so need someone who can appreciate and respect that. Ideally we want someone who wants a home rather than a just a room.
