You can use the washing machine and the tumble dryer for free. Both are located in the flat.
There are two modern bathrooms and an up to date kitchen/living room with two sofas, a dish washer and two spacious refrigerators with freezers. On top of that, there is a flatscreen smart TV and Netflix is included in the rent. Even a dishwasher is in the kitchen. The aforementioned areas in this passage get cleaned once a week for free by a cleaning company.
