Not ensuite but nice bathroom to share with owner .Private off-road parking at rear of property. Conservatory and fairly large garden with pergola where you can sit quietly. Friendly dog and chickens on site. Dogs very welcome. Room has television and radio. Some storage facilities available in building at end of garden.
Potential tenants should preferably have DBS clearance so employees of emergency services, hospitals and social services welcome.
Close to regular buses to QA and St Marys hospitals.
Good- natured , easy-going landlady, with good sense of humour. Working and studying . I am vegetarian but ok with non - vegetarians. Short term lets considered and negotiable. For dog owning potential tenants, there is a vet 5 minutes walk from the house, and some very nice doggy walks nearby.
