The study room is a separate room with desk, shelves, your own TV and a comfy chair. Bedroom with single bed, wardrobe and drawers, linens included.
Sharing the living room and kitchen which are both fully kitted out and you're welcome to use whenever. No en-suite but the toilet and bathroom are separate
Rent includes all bills; gas, electric, and high-speed internet.
Off-road parking if you have a car or 5min walk to the train station which runs down to Southsea/Fratton. Also, have a secure back garden for bikes/mopeds.
You'll be a lodger sharing with one other 23yo female, recent graduate and I work from home.
