This space is for a single occupancy only, a professional working locally or house move. £45 per night inc bills - water, heating, electric and Wifi. Or £800 per month. A weekly cleaner will be extra. You will have an separate annexe (in a family property) with a double bed with your own shower room, own kitchenette, own sitting room with desk work space. Access is through main house's back door with lockable door to separate annex. There is also a small patio for the flat at the front of the property. No other shared areas. You must be dog and cat lover as cats x 2 and dogs x 4 at the property. Central location for Lasham, Alton, Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnham, Winchester. There is no public transport into the village a car is essential. Deposit will secure the annex. NO CHILDREN sorry, no overnight visitors. Daytime visitors by request.
