This is not a house/flat sharing opportunity and would suit a quiet professional person who wants their own space, isn't much into cooking (the kitchen is basic) or wild parties, likes animals and doesn't mind sharing a toilet. The annexe (Council Tax Band A) has it's own entrance through the garden, a conservatory, living room, double bedroom and bathroom for the sole use of the tenant. A small patio area in the garden is also for the tenant's use. Kitchen and toilet are shared with other users of the property, mainly during the day. The landlord cleans the shared areas regularly and provides Who Gives a Crap toilet roll FOC! A dog, some chickens and three cats also live at the property. The landlord lives upstairs and regularly uses the kitchen/hallway to access the garden and other parts of the property.
