If you are the only lodger, you will have exclusive use of the whole cottage from Sunday evenings to Friday afternoons (including use of patio and small back garden). period which the landlady is away.

7 miles from Winchester City Centre.

Great location for the New Forest, Dorset, Isle of Wight and Southampton.

Viewings available only over weekends.
