We’re looking to rent out a double bedroom in our spacious three bed home whilst waiting for the house to be sold. Although it is on the market, there are no offers yet and the house would take roughly 3 months to sell. It would be a monthly rolling contract, so you would have flexibility.
The home is a great central location and has good transport links. There is parking available on the drive and down the side of the house.
The house has central heating, BT WiFi, and Sky TV in the lounge.
The kitchen has an oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. You would have access to your own drawers, shelves and generous freezer space.
Downstairs is a lounge diner with a large dining table and chairs, sofa and armchair.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. The bedroom for rent is spacious double with a triple wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The brand new bathroom is also upstairs and consists of a toilet, basin, and large bath with overhead waterfall shower.
There’s also a large garden that is an ongoing project of planting and watering.
