Single room

I have lived comfortably here and slowly renovated over almost 6 years. I currently have one quiet lodger who generally keeps himself to himself, is clean, tidy and easy to get along with.

I am now planning to go traveling for several months so am renting out a second smaller bedroom. I completely refreshed the room 3 months ago and now want to rent it out too while I’m away. I want to get someone settled shortly before I leave, I currently have 2 cats but they will be moving in with my parents while I travel.

There is a large open plan downstairs, with kitchen, dining and living areas. A large TV, great WiFi, new, modern kitchen with appliances, large shared bathroom and garden.

All bills are included. While I’m away you can have full use of the driveway. I live in a quiet cul de sac. I am planning to be away for 2x three months stints and will pop back in between to check on the place.

The room is currently being used as a little office space and guest room. It is unfurnished but I can provide a bed if needed (I am looking to buy a proper bed for the guest bedroom at some point anyway).

I am looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate of my home and others sharing the space.
