Large double bedroom with plenty of storage

Thank you for your interest. This accommodation consists of a large double bedroom, your own lounge and bathroom.

The bedroom comprises a double bed, two bedside cabinets, wardrobe, two chest of drawers and an ottoman. Small TV. Access out onto a decked area with seating.
You will have your own lounge with a television and a table. There is a tall boy and dresser as further storage. Access also out onto the decked area.
Your personal bathroom, has a bath and separate walk in shower and would only be used by any occasional visitors
The newly refurbished kitchen is fully equipped and there are three cupboards for your food etc.
There is room in the garage for you to store a bicycle if necessary and a storage shelf unit. In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
All bills are included and there is internet (sadly super fast has not reached rural Braishfield but it is adequate)

Parking is on a large drive and the gate is shut at night

Braishfield is a quiet and pleasant rural location and the property overlooks Hilliers Gardens. It is in close proximity to Romsey and Hursley and a 25min drive to Winchester or Southampton. There are bus routes to Romsey and Winchester.

I am an easy going person and happy to chat but I fully appreciate that after a day at work you might just want to relax in your own space. I do like things to be left clean and tidy
