Light and airy apartment in the South Downs

Renting out my WHOLE apartment, with me (live out landlord) staying one night per week max as a balance moving to Bristol with working two days a week in Hampshire.

The space is light, airy and cosy. The master bedroom is spacious with a huge built in wardrobe, and three windows. The kitchen / living area is great for hosting and relaxing and boasts an office space. The second bedroom is a double, and there is a mini attic room currently set up with a single bed but could also be used for storage.

The apartment is within a building made up of 7 apartments, all of the residents know eachother and have built a lovely community. Buriton is beautiful, it has a cosy pub, picturesque church / pond and so many walks (including the South Downs way). The apartment is a 7 min drive from Petersfield train station, a fast train to London is 1hr 6 to Waterloo so an easy commute.
