Quiet Double Room for preferably Female mid September

I have a quiet, furnished to requirement, ground floor double room which will be available from mid September. Only 2 people (female) will occupy the place, together with a small, friendly dog! WiFi and bills are all included, as is use of kitchen, bathroom with shower, and garden to relax in, or grow something if you're inclined! There is free parking close by, and I am just 5 mins walk from a convenient Tesco Express store. The room is currently used as a work room, but I'm happy to show any one who is interested from now onwards. It is also important to chat and see if you and I might get one together! Only viewings in person, and no deposits taken online or over the phone, thank you. Would ideally suit a working lady not too young, who enjoys a peaceful home, an occasional chat but also likes their own space. I do work from home, so I prefer someone who isn't doing the same.
Must enjoy music as there will be some piano playing at times!
