Room is furnished with wardrobe, drawer unit, tv stand & mirror, currently has a single bed but can swap for a double if preferred. Shared kitchen, adjacent bathroom and small garden.

Bus route to Winchester / Southampton is a 2 minute walk to nearest stop, Chandlers Ford train station is a 5 minute walk with regular trains to Eastleigh / Romsey. There is no on site parking available but free parking is available at the train station 5 minutes walk away. Motorways (M3 and M27) both 5 minutes drive away.

I'd ideally like a working professional individual, would consider a student, male or female but must be able to provide references.

If you need a Mon-Fri rental please do apply as I'm happy to consider that at a slightly reduced rate. Would suit a commuter due to proximity of public transport and motorways.

Standard T&Cs to include a deposit and rent calendar monthly in advance, £450 pcm, bills and use of wi-fi included.
