Large Double room available to rent, the room is fully furnished with Double bed, wardrobe, Bedside table, chest of draws and desk. £475 pound a month includes all bills. (internet & Sky as well downstairs)

The property is a 3 bed modern house, dinning room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large bathroom, drive with space for another car, garage and garden.

I only rent one of the 3 bedrooms, so just you and me. I am a professional in full time work. I have a tortoise and a couple of fish.

I am looking for someone who works office sort of hours Monday-Friday so not to disturb each other ie nightshifts etc.

I am used to living with a housemate and have done for the last 10 years.

The house is in a quiet area, a 10 minute walk to Chandlers ford Train station, 2 minute walk to Eastleigh Bus stop.

Smoking is fine outside, use of the garden and all communal areas.

The room is available beginning of April. I am going to be selling within the year so ideally someone short term would be best. The house is for sale at the moment so please bare that in mind.
